The Hybrid Autocollimator

چکیده
Abstract The concept of autocollimation as an optical instrument was conceived about a century ago for accurate, non‐contact measurements angles. Since it invented, has developed long history being used in alignment angles and elements. Recent novel photonics development created need measurement optics lasers – the new hybrid technology does exactly that.

High-resolution Autocollimator Calibration Sysytem
This paper describes high-resolution autocollimator calibration system in NMIJ. A goniometer system with nano-radian resolution provides precision rotation angles of a mirror attached on the rotation axis and rotation angles read by an autocollimator are compared to the set angles. The rotation angle is detected by a highprecision angle interferometer that observes motions of corner reflectors ...

15 صفحه اولPicoradian deflection measurement with an interferometric quasi-autocollimator using weak value amplification.
We present an "interferometric quasi-autocollimator" that employs weak value amplification to measure angular deflections of a target mirror. The device has been designed to be insensitive to all translations of the target. We present a conceptual explanation of the amplification effect used by the device. An implementation of the device demonstrates sensitivities better than 10 picoradians per...

capacity field-programmable devices have enjoyed a rapidly expanding market and have become widely accepted for the implementation of small to moderately large digital circuits. The two main types of FPDs, field-programmable gate arrays and complex programmable logic devices, are both widely used, each offering particular strengths. FPGAs programmed with static RAM technology are usually based ...
متن کاملA reference-beam autocollimator with nanoradian sensitivity from mHz to kHz and dynamic range of 10(7).
We describe an autocollimating optical angle sensor with a dynamic range of 9 mrad and nrad/√Hz sensitivity at frequencies from 5 mHz to 3 kHz. This work improves the standard multi-slit autocollimator design by adding two optical components, a reference mirror and a condensing lens. This autocollimator makes a differential measurement between a reference mirror and a target mirror, suppressing...
